Pathetic agency

We have rented from this agency,my kids father app**** for the unit on his name,he paid the deposit which I have paid back to him where there was no signed agreement or contract between us as he is my kids father... So after he passed away,I lost my job and could not afford the property,I have asked the agency of the cant maybe take it from our deposit so long,I will pay it back as soon as I have the money or a job. They said that the owner does not want to do it like that,as the deposit is for damages. The lady in accounts,suggested I must sell my car and even asked me what type of car it is as We buy Cars pay immediately. On the 20th of Nov I have received an email saying that I we must be on the 30th of Nov,me with my 3 kids(age 2/6 and 17) and my mom,they had no mercy. So we were out on the last day of Nov and had to go clean the unit,on the second of Dec,Riana had to come to do the exit inspection,where we have waited for her to come and when I phoned before 5 the afternoon asking where she is,I was told that she and her daughter went to buy something to eat as they didn't had any food during the day,but I had my two small kids with me and we also had nothing,but anyway,on the 3rd she came and said that I can go I'm not needed there,so I asked her to please email me the exit report and not to my kids father's email as he has passed away. On the 12th of Dec I have sent an email asking where the report is,and again they have emailed it to his email. But anyway,there was this list,cleaning fee R750 ? That unit was cleaned when we moved out,so I have sent an email asking what the cleaning fee mean to them ? Because when we moved in,that place was so dirty and filthy we had to clean it ourselves so I asked them,did they charge the previous tenants a cleaning fee as well as they didn't even cleaned the unit. So in the email that was sent to me it says that if I'm not happy with the report,I must let them know(Renaud) which I did.. eventually I got an email saying that we will have another exit inspection on the 3rd of Jan 2022. So Riana had to let me know what time on the 3rd,but only received an email from her on that day asking for my number and that the owner fixed the repairs in Dec which was not mentioned to me and that she can't see me for next few days and if I want another inspection I must pay R650. I keep asking for a meeting as I'm still waiting for my dep. Now they want my kids father's atoorney or executors number so they can deposit the balance of the deposit,which in the first place I didn't asked them to do repairs,it's still not cleared and that deposit is mine as I have paid my kids father back... What must I do ? These people are so pathetic. It's the Only Realty Agency in Port Elizabeth
