Only Realty Property is giving me a shack life experience in Humewood yet i am paying a lot

I stay in so called Surbub of Port Elizabeth renting at Humewood under the Only Realty Property . they have failed me several times... i pay a lot of money but the experience i get not some people in RDP house or shacks do experience this. I have reported a rain that comes through and windows that are no longer closing properly such that it get windy ...it breaks my heart to experience this under alot of mney i pay at Sprayview units in Humewood worse part is medical expenses i am facing on top of the money im renting du to this un attended and un prioritized matter. will to take it further this is not acceptable at all. Also Trafalga have failed in escalating the matter as an emegency
