Only Realty not paying deposits back
I have post a review 2weeks ago,still no feedback from Only Realty PE... I'm still waiting for my deposit since end of November... They want to deposit the money into my kids father's estate account,he passed away Oct last year. Yes he made the deposit and the place was on his name,but I paid the deposit back to him according to our agreement. I must still pay my deposit at my current place,but they don't want to make the payment into my account. We have rented from bigger agencies in the past where the place was also on his name and those agencies didn't had any issues with paying the deposit into my account,so why would they ? Because the don't want me to see the amount they deposited as they have deducted money which they shouldn't have.
We apologise if there has been some confusion. The deposit needs to be refunded to the leaseholder. If the leaseholder has passed away, the deposit will be paid to the executor of their deceased estate. It would be best if you contact your husbands executor to advise him of your agreement and request payment.
