Only Realty Coastal - No ethics No Intergrity. After endless emails which was ignored, I lodged a complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal for the agent charging me rent after i vacated and gave them 89 days notice. The tribunal found it was unfair practice and ordered them to pay my pro-rated deposit but this portfolio manager is still coming up with excuses and delaying tactics.
