Only Realty Coastal are useless and rude
Been dealing with Only Realty Coastal in Port Elizabeth for the past 8 months in order to sort out the deposit that is owing to me. No luck. They are useless and never come back to me. I do not recommend any body to rent through these agents ever. Have spoken to several people and no one sorts this out. Don't touch them

We apologise if there has been some confusion. Unfortunately the damage deposit cannot be released until you move out of the property you are currently living in. This damage deposit is held on behalf of the property owner until such time as you vacate the premises . No deposit is owing to you as you are still living in the Landlords property. We apologise if this was not correctly explained to you. I will request that the Manager of Only Realty Coastal call you again and clarify any misunderstanding.
