After giving verbal notice in November 2017 upon terminating our lease at Feb 2018 .Marinda and Peter .was quick to pullout the contract and demanded a written notice. We forfeited our previous deposit when we were obliged to move into a bigger unit from the Same agency. The property we want to vacate is already being advertised for rent.on websites meaning only rentals are aware of our intention to terminate our contract on due date. . Please be aware of these agents..we paid R200 for credit checks..ridiculou's contract fees.also no inspection since we moved in 2years ago.
