Only Realty Bryanston - Pathetic service!!!

I was looking for a home in the northern suburbs of JHB and I was referred to Gugu at Only Realty, she was very pleasant and very helpful. The rental for the house was just over R13000.00. The lady then gave me a form to fill in which came with a list of required documents which included payslips and bank statements, it was meant to be both me and my partner on the lease, it was obvious we qualify to rent the house but for some reason, a lady named Shona (Gugu's boss) felt uncomfortable approving the lease, she wanted all sorts of other documents that were not on the required documents. At first all i needed was my payslip then she requested my contract of Employment, then wanted a visit to both my workplaces, this Shona lady was looking for reasons NOT to approve the lease, she even went as far as wanting a lease agreement from another agent that we had gotten an approved lease from, not sure if she wanted to advise them to reject it or what. I liked the house listed with them but honestly if anyone wants to list their home with Only Realty Bryanston, think twice, whether be for rental or buying.

The management looks for reasons NOT to approve a roof over your head, regardless of your credit check or qualifying criteria.

Pathetic service from the management!!! I was not impressed.
