never recieved my deposit since April

i moved out end of April. i have been sending emails to follow up with regards to my deposit of R6030.00 to be refunded to me, no one has rep**** to any of my emails, i called their office number as well as the consultant that i normally chat with on my WhatsApp but no one picked up a call. i am still waiting for my deposit even now
