Misleading

After I signed the contract and moving into the house I was told they only had to get the owner a tenant now I have to deal with the owner. The house is dirty have to clean it myself and the garden is a mess. House was empty for a few months. Now I must beg the owner for the once of cleaning after a garden service quotation was submitted. I was mislead and not told this before hand. No support from agents they can't do anything now. But I had to pay deposit. Will not deal or recommend this agency
