Incompetence service, No accountability for poor performance

I have been receiving the worst service ever from the Only Realty Halbe office, my property is based in Birchleigh North and I have been experiencing one pain and incompetence after the other.

I am treated as though I dont pay for their service, I have tolerated their incompetency for far too long.

If it's not rental amount that comes late, its inaccurate and worse my rental increase has not been implemented since Sep 2023 and I an made to believe that it's my fault yet I pay them to manage this lease.

I space half of my day complaining to them and they dont even seem to be bothered by my concerns. They get 100% of their fee for managing my rental and yet I am expected to understand short payments that is caused by their incompetency.

Stay away from this rental agency they will make your life a living hell.
