If you want your money not served by dishonest and *********** agents. This is the place. My landlord and I have been begging them to do simple stuff through out th lease hence they are even getting dropped by him. I have been waiting for my deposit going to over 3 weeks now. And now that the deposit is ready. I am being asked to pay for the exact same things I reported to them that were faulty the exact same things they were coming to fix in the following of the entire lease period. All of a sudden I am the one who is liable. Sounds like a dishonest, bunch of people. The nonchalance and uncaring attitude of the agents in Cape Town through out the lease was appalling. DON'T BOTHER. The one weekend I had to spend in a flat dropping with water because they were taking time to come send someone to fix the leak.
