Hidden Costs and Zero Leniency

I received a statement and paid the amount that was stated on there, 2 days later I got a mail that stated didn't pay enough by R51 (not sure why i would pay R51 less than required, its such an odd amount, it said that, thats how much credit i had), a day later they sent me a letter of demand. They are charging me R40 for having to send the notification and R600 for the letter of demand. This is absolutely crazy, there is no grace even if the statement you get is wrong. I cant prove it either because the statement they send you is a live document and gets update instantly so you cant go back and check and didn't take a screenshot. I am not sure why anyone would pay R50 less than needed.

These terms are within the contract you sign but are not very clear as they are broken into many different charges. I wish i read these reviews before renting with them, I would not have signed a contract.
