Greedy ***s

Horrible people! We had to endure 2 insect infestations which took them 3 weeks to attend to, there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and rotten skirting which they did nothing about after constant emails to the maintenance manager and only after we refused to pay our rental then only did they do something about it after threatening us with legal action. The maintenance guy went and painted an entire a wall a different colour without permission and ended up damaging our property which they refuse to be liable for and constantly lie saying they made right with us but our property is still covered in paint which we cant get out

Honestly the worst, most greedy human beings I have come across who refuse to take any responsibility for their actions and choose to rather intimidate with legal action
