Only realty are a bunch of ****** honestly and even that is an understatement. When it's time to pay the deposit back it's an issue even though I gave more than 30 day notice and my notice of cancellation was acknowledged. Now I am being told I owe rent for a month a vacated on and states on a notice they gave me.
