******ing money from rental deposits

this must the worst rental service ever! our lease ended & we moved out! only to find that they took our entire deposit to renovate a house that the owner finally decided to sell - & then withheld our utility deposit for no reason at all and avoided all our emails and calls thereafter! I am disgusted at the way people go about ******ing money from people. Cheryl is the worst person that could've happened to this company! i dont think the company is to blame, but at the end of the day the employees make the entity!
