Do not trust Only Realty

I've come across many rental ads from Only Realty and was in contact with an agent until today. Most ads state the usual like the rental amount, deposit that must be paid. But then it gets ridiculous. You have to pay an admin/lease fee of about R1300 which is not refundable, a monthly fee of R75 to get your statement. I have never in my life heard you must pay for a statement. You must pay for a credit check. You must pay R50 immediately after viewing the property. Is there no law for these vultures? I then contacted a legit agent that does not charge these bogus fees and she even said that those agents and their bogus fees are robbing people.
