Dishonest service

I first reported that’s the cupboard in the apartment I was leasing had issues. A year later the issue was not resolved until I moved out.

After my lease had come to an end. The agency sourced out quotations for maintenance work, which would be deducted from my deposit and when I questioned the quotations there was not sufficient reasoning. Instead, they told me that they have a relationship with the owner and not me and that the owner is their owner to chose whoever they want to do maintenance and irrespective of the prices. This process of getting my deposit back or even deducting what was due for the maintenance took more than 2 weeks and even then another contractor took over and they deducted further from the deposit.
