Dead Rats and Maggots were just the beginning - no end in sight.

Very disappointed in the way Only Realty Coastal (PE) have conducted their business up until now. We're entering our 3rd month of renting a property through them and are yet to have the list of issues from the entry inspection addressed. From dead rats, maggots, plumbing giving us constant issues, counters that are broken and rotten, cupboards being held up by boxes, a kitchen sink that can't be used to do dishes, burglar bars hanging out the wall, an electric fence that shorts and can't be used, a pool that was filled with debris including burnt logs, cigarettes, bottle caps, rusted old darts and, and, and. The list just goes on. I am exhausted by having to constantly follow up and begging for this to be addressed - I have people constantly walking through the house to quote, but never any action taking place. I follow up on a nearly daily basis, lead to believe everything will be addressed within a week, but still nothing.
