Consider your deposit gone.
The worst people to rent out from. If you see an only realty agent. Do not take that property. They come up with weird stories to take all your deposit money.
They will charge for carpet cleaning they didn't do when you came in. They will charge you for painting when the apartment hasn't been painted in years.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

05 Apr 2022, 13:39 Dear Gustuv. We apologise if you misunderstood the correspondence breaking down the deductions to your deposit. When you moved into the property you kindly arranged for the carpets to be cleaned and you were reimbursed for this in full. Upon exit a tenant is then liable to have the carpets cleaned, should they not do so, it will then be done on their behalf and deducted from the deposit. The only walls on the property that had to be painted were the ones your child drew on that could not be cleaned. All of these deductions were discussed with you and form part of standard damage deductions as explained again in your lease agreement and signed by yourself in acknowledgment.
