Bad Service from Only Reality Halbe. East Rand

I am currently renting an apartment from Only Reality Halbe Glen Marias . i never met such ***********s'. i have been literally bagging for the maintenance to be done on the apartment I'm currently renting.

Iv been battling to even get hold of them, there isnt any answer in the office for the pass week. Several e-mails and calls with no response. surely if one is out of office, someone should take over the duties. The portfolio manager is on leave so nobody can assist us even in emergencies. This is very frustrating. I will never deal with this agents again. I do not recommend them to anyone wanting to rent an apartment in the East of Johannesburg. they will let you down if you do. BAD BAD SERVICE.
