Avoid using them to rent your place out/renting a place through them.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

In my 2 years of renting a flat through them I have had nothing but bad experiences when ever I have tried to communicate with them or sort things out. They are unorganized (telling me I owe rent when infact I was paying rent early, so I stopped doing that immediately)

They are dishonest (telling me they will try to find someone to take over the final and last month remaining of my lease when I wanted to leave one month before my lease ended, however at the time they knew full well they had already found someone, and instead of being honest about that, they continued to state that I must pay an early exit fee - even though the new tenant told me herself that she had already paid a deposit for a new lease starting when mine ends. Ie. It would have been impossible to find someone then to cover that early month and we would have just paid an extra fee for no reason, rather than just actually telling us they found someone already). - I am finishing my lease now, since I found this out, however they are still wanting to charge me an early exit fee, even though I did not leave early, and the flat was being advertised anyway due to my lease coming to an end and them needing to find a new tenant regardless.

They have a very bad work ethic (they do not reply to emails, the only time they reply is when it is in their interest)

They are not reliable: we had a prearranged date and time to move out and do our exit inspection and handover of keys on the last day of the month (a Sunday) with the agent we had been in contact with, but he stopped working there and now because that date does not suit the new agent assigned to the flat, I had to make changes with the moving company to do our move early, obviously now at an extra cost to us, as well as cancel my own personal plans to suit her on the date and time she gave us.

Very high staff turnover: this lead to us receiving communication from multiple people; having to explain things over and over; never knowing who to contact.

Your deposit will not be put in an interest bearing account as it states it will in your contract, from what I can see there has been no interest earned on my deposit in 2 years.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
