Online shopping is a ****

I had the worse experience ever, ordered a fridge online in the 4th of December the delivery time was 7 days sent the money and all I got was that the order has been submitted, nothing about delivery, I went to vredendal from clanwilliams, thet told me that i should wait for 7 days it will be delivered within 7 days till this day I'm sitting with just an aramex the tracking number that was only created and nothing was picked up, after several days of not getting any communication i called in again today, lI was told about my fridge being in Epping travelled from Clanwilliams again to Epping and I went in the staff knew nothing about the order

At this point I don't want the fridge anymore just a refund so I can buy at other retailers that value their clients. They don't even deserve this one star that I gave!!!
