Online Direct disabled my 5 year old site, without pre-warning

Online Direct of Johannesburg (previously Eject) my ISP of 15 years, have just de-commissioned one of their servers and in the process my main website (5 years of design, improving and constant updating – many hundreds of hours of work) has been lost!!!! And they never even warned me that they were going to de-commission the server and what effect that would have on my site!!!! I suspect that other customers will have been affected in the same way. My request to have my site reinstated has fallen on deaf years and even copying their directors in my email has not had a response (is that their company culture?). Some companies, with their attitude towards customers, simply should not be in business!!! Choose your ISP carefully!!! Share this with your friends.
