Bad customer service
In Feb 2026 I ordered 2 items online and payed full price. A week later I was informed that the items could not be sourced from their supplier. After I was notified about this they asked to give them time to source the items, they could not get the items and mutual agreement was to cancel the order and I would get a refund. On 25 Mar a note was added to my account that a refund was done. No refund was done. I phoned later to find out what is going on as no refund was received, was informed the payment was done and they can not understand what went wrong but they will investigate and get back. @ weeks later phoned again and got a very abrupt response they will get back to me. It is now a month later and still no response phone call or whatsapp or mail. If this refund was done then please send me the proof of when and into which account the refund was made.
