False Advertising - NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE ONLINEBOZZA
Unbelievable, ordered 25 November all items showing in stock. I wanted to collect as thought perhaps 2 days and would be ready. What a joke!! Paid eft the same day. Emails received saying your order is being picked and packed. Since then been given the run around. Not in stock but can offer a larger packet to make up the order. Someone will contact me by the end of the day, someone will contact me the next morning. Telephone number goes permanently to voice mail. Oh and still shows on line they have items in stock! Needless to say they have not advised that I can collect the order. False advertising. The products have actually been discontinued. DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THIS WEBSITE have opened a police case and have advised my bank to get involved to reverse the funds back to me.

Thanks for your review. Yes sometimes we have issues on certain products and the website does not always update in real time. However, we have called you a number of times and did not get an answer. We also did speak to you on email and on the phone a few times. As stated above, we were willing to exchange the small packet with a big packet as we did not have, this is a good thing no?
Nevertheless, we do make mistakes and will continue to strive to better our service.

Well to replace but still no update. You are fully aware that the website it not updating then? It is your obligation to ensure you advertise correctly. False advertising is quite serious you know, and furthermore keeping peoples money without providing the goods as far as I know is theft.
I have contacted Robertson’s who have advised the products have been discontinued. Interesting that you do not even know that and continue to advertise the products.
I want my money back. The sooner this is done the better. Oh which by the way was one of the telephone conversations we had you were refunding me the same day - still waiting
