Bad service

I ordered a school bag on Wednesday, 24 Feb 2021 from them. Availability showed 8 items in stock (currently shows 2 available)!

2 minutes after paying for the order, I was called and informed that the bag I ordered was not in stock. They committed to phoning me back in 2 days (today) to let me know if the warehouse had any stock.

No callback received and when I try to phone them, the one number immediately goes to voicemail and the other just rings until it eventually also goes to voicemail.

Stay away from these guys. I wouldn't recommend using them.
