Misleading information

<p>On the 13th of December I ordered a product fro the 'Online Weave and Hair Shop - South Africa(weaveshop.co.za)'. At first I was a bit sceptical but when I saw that the company was listed with Payfast it eased my mind. So I ordered and payed for the product. A few days later I received a phone call from Aramax to ask me about my package from China. I was stunned because I never ordered anything from China. To get to the point - it was the product I ordered from the weaveshop.co.za. Nowhere on the website it says anything about the products being shipped from China and what's more - I have to pay the customs myself! Now the other thing is that Keora Maroane from www.weaveshop.co.za promised that I will receive the product on/before 21st of December. Up to date I haven't received anything. I just got off the line with Aramax and the product is still waiting to get cleared. My problem is that the information on the website is misleading - if I new the product was being shipped from China I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. Also, I still don't know how much the customs is going to cost me. It was never mentioned that you must keep in mind that there will be custom duties and that the customer will have to pay that. I'm a regular user of online shops and this is the first time that I came across something like this. I want to warn the public about this and that they must keep in mind that there will be custom duties to pay so the price you see + shipping is not all that you're going to pay. Please be careful! Hopefully I will receive my package shortly but I don't hold my breath!</p>
