Zera Club online shoe store BAD service

I ordered shoes online from Zera Club shoes, on 14 April 2024. My order was confirmed, and paid through PayPal. They sent me incorrect shipping information, tracking numbers with no details. And I have been communicated with them, they respond by saying 'be patient your order is being processed'. Last week they admitted and said it got lost and they will refund me... following up on the refund, now they say they have managed to trace the shipment I must go to the nearest post office. I then requested the shipment details, and they didn't share them.. My order of R3700, please help I need my money back.
