Can’t get my deposit back

I had a very bad experience with this business They are refusing to give me back my deposit The day that we moved out I washed the carports and scrubbed the walls and cleaned out the closets and washed the floor we als made a nice garden I left al of my nice plants in the garden when we moved in there the grass was long and dead and I had to clean the house because it was filthy so the problem I have with them is that they said we did not clean the house properly and I have a witness that helped us move that saw how hard I was working to clean the house properly and I made contact with the agent and she said that my deposit was used for the next monthes rent that is unexplainable so our new agent said we need to pay our dep for the new place or we will be put out of our house and I am expecting my new born baby beginning of next month I have 7 weeks left before I go in to labor pleas help me get my deposit back I can’t sit on the street with my new born baby please
