Not a legit business!

I made an online purchase and immediately emailed them proof of payment hoping that they would dispatch my parcel asap. Since I made payment last week, I never received an email or anything that says I have made purchases and that they are processing my order. The money is gone and no one is saying anything, I honestly don't think this is a legit business and I'm already wondering how do I get my money back. Mzansi be ware! Apparently the store is somewhere in Kyalami but not a physical store.

I even called the number provided on their website numerous times and it doesn't go through.
