Unhappy client

I purchased online at VipShop probably 3 weeks ago. To date I have not received my order and they are not responding via WhatsApp or emails either.

They apparently/allegedly use Premier couriers company, however, not even the courier service responds to emails.

I am disappointed in their false advertising.
