No response on online orders.

I did an online purchase on 11/11/24 @7.30am from Diskem. 1 week later I did not receive my order. 18/11/24 I call Diskem online, a gentleman informed me that Diskem Randridge Mall received the order and transferred the call to the store. A lady informed me that their system is off line, she will call me back. Not happy with the response, I called back and spoke to the store manager. He informed me that, he need to look into the system and will get back to me, that was at 9.15am. An order that supposedly should have taken 3-5 days is still outstanding ....7 days later, paid in full and I am left in the dark.
