My assumption: Earning cashflow using customer's money

I purchased an item on the online platform called "onedayonly" It was for a bed-box with storage space and a drawer. Order placed on 27. Sep. '24 and immediately paid for. No order confirmation or payment confirmation. After two email, here is their response: I wanted to let you know that the delivery timeframe for the Jazmin Rectangular Storage Velvet Ottoman is a little longer than usual. Instead of the standard shipping time of 5 - 10 working days, it will take approximately 10 - 20 working days for your order to arrive. The reason for this is that these items are made to order, which means that they take slightly longer, but are definitely worth the wait! This smells of unfair business practices to use customer's moneys for cashflow purposes.
