Customer Serive Negligence

I had the most horrible experience purchasing at takealot, bought the phone and paid extra R74 to be delivered the following days which was the 10th of January 2025 for my son’s birthday and till today I have not received the phone. Now I have requested refund. The stuff is so unprofessional and they make empty promises. I wish I had just gone to the shop. I’m so frustrated. Their TL Rhania was not helpful at all
