Be careful on the online shopping

Hello, i purchased items that I saw online, from an online shop named Ali shop, I purchased items worth R704,90 on the 17 April 2024, delivery (2-3 days), no delivery came after the 2-3 purchase, started making follow ups, via email, promised to deliver, saying they had problems with some of the items, until today, didn’t get those items,even the WhatsApp ad Facebook messenger, they don’t respond,I was ****med.
