Bad service

Poor service from Bash , I purchased a sneaker online and was not delivered to me , courier gave my parcel to someone I don’t even know, no call was made to me whatsoever, someone signed for it. Escalated the matter to them, and was told to wait 24 hours, haven’t received feedback, I’m so disappointed and I want a refund. Kholiswa
