Some business are good & reliable and some are not but trouble

Think online global spares are the best and reliable because one time I saw a part for my car online and put in my basket and process it and pay it same time and after a day they contacted me to apologised about part I ordered & paid for it,was already sold and refunded my money the same day. Now other business they don't that to customers instead your refund will take 7 day to reach your bank account.
