STILL NO REPLY
It has now been almost 20 days NO INVERTER / NO REFUND, and no reply from OFW, I have reported them to numerous Consumer Protection entities including Rectron where they purchase most of their good from. I have actually made peace not getting a refund but I will not stop until there is legal action taken against this company or they shut their doors permanently.

10 Apr 2024, 08:33I have now approached SA consumer complaints handling the case, for only R750. They will do the all the legal mediations and send letters to OFW, if you spend quite a bit of money like i did and need a refund going this route might be worth your while.
