Seriously concerned about legitimacy of this business

After a week of no replies or answering their contact cell number as per website and 3 emails later, still no feedback on a PAID UP order by me. This feels like a **** and not a legitimate business operation and of grave concern to me. Stay clear of this unless they somehow starts responding a week or more after the fact.
