Refund Still Pending
Returned a faulty portable power station to them on the 13th of March 2024. Took about 15 days of headaches and multiple calls before Amore stated that they would refund me `Immediately`. Then took them another 5 days before they said the refund was processed. A full week later, no refund reflected in my account. Contacted them on the 8th of April 2024 regarding my refund, they stated to send through my banking details again. Its been 4 days with no responses via call, sms, whatsapp or email.

15 Apr 2024, 16:14Update: Today is the 15th of april and I have been contacted via their *** number to email my invoice, banking details and delivery documentation to *** so that it can be addressed. I will word for word give you the response I got from the whatsapp contact after I said I sent the email: `Thank you, let's see how long they take to respond`
