Long delivery time (if it gets delivered at all)

Shocking experience. The website says 3-5 working days for delivery, a month later nothing was delivered. Only one number from the website worked, when they did answer they asked to "phone me back" and they never did. Received no email response when emailing them. I finally received Whatsapps (after 10pm at night) as a response saying they would "follow up". Later on received a voice message over Whatsapp saying that the item would be delivered and that I would still get a refund. I have still not received a refund or the item I ordered. Unbelievably unprofessional.
