GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I have never regretted buying from anyone this much. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I needed an inverter urgently to keep my laptop on so that I can study and work. 10 DAYS LATER my order is still sitting in the warehouse in KZN. 10 days. Right up the road from me. I have been fed lies upon lies daily being promised that my package has been collected. Now a new waybill has been created. Tomorrow the waybil is cancelled. Eventually I ask If I can collect. Now it's at a warehouse in Pinetown. Shortly before I leave to collect I phone Courier Guy Pinetown. Guess what? They don't have my package. Hasn't been picked up. I was told the Mt Edgecomb warehouse where my package (apparently) is, is open on Saturdays. Guess what? It's not. I now hope and pray that my package is indeed collected on and delivered on Monday (they've failed to get the package to the courier for SEVEN consecutive business days). Unreal level of incompetence. Don't support this company. You'll regret it. I do. I'm not even sure if I'll get my package at all. With all the lies and empty promises, I'm seriously wondering if this is not a ****..
