Expectations exceeded

After it was discovered that our order was delayed due to numerous issues with the courier and supplier (due to festive season), Amore and her husband drove all the way from the Northern Cape to Johannesburg to sort it out in person. My order wasn't the only one that was delayed, but as they take their business seriously, they put in tremendous effort to make sure all of their orders were shipped. Admittedly, it was very frustrating and our order was delayed by a week, but any other business would have simply shrugged it off, so I am thankful for Amore's effort as she really went to great lengths and kept me updated throughout. She was never rude to me even though we were both frustrated. The delay wasn't on her side. I highly recommend this business as their customer service is better than anything I've experienced before.
