DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Eco Flow Inverter 19 May, paid up R5200 in full. Firstly got no invoice only a order number, Since then after 5 mails numerous wapp's, phone calls got no feedback on a estimate delivery date. Eventually a tracking number was provided for the Courier Guy, when you track the number there is absolutely no movement for days. Eventually the collection is then cancelled due to the courier not getting a order number. This is their way to delay the delivery and drag you along if you ever going to get what you paid for. Obviously this company is rolling the money they get paid and assuming they DO NOT have the funds available to buy what you have ordered on line. I am actually going to hand this over to the "Consumer Protection Act" and OFW is based in Upington so opening a "Theft Case" with all my correspondence and all the bad reviews printed on Hello Peter where other people experienced the same issues. I will pursue this for how ever long it might take so this ****ming company wont do this to other consumers anymore. The company address on the website is a house in a suburban neighborhood, some email addresses not working and try and phone the contact numbers, you will be very lucky to get a answer. I am now at my wits end and will not stop to fight this!!!!!!!
