Disappointing Service
I placed an order online on the 14th of March 2024, when the order was placed, the delivery time was between 1-3 Working Days. It is now the 5th working day and promises had been made for the Delivery Last week Wednesday or Friday and nothing as yet. I was contacted the morning to inform me that they are busy following up on Delivery. I was send a Waybill Number at 11:58 after the Waybill was only created at 11:52 it is now almost 4 hours that the Status of the Courier Company says Waybill Created. I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving. It doesn't help phoning because the 087 number just cutoff and the cellphone number does not get answered.

02 Apr 2024, 11:59I have never been so disappointed in my Life I have received various promises that an email has been send since the 27th of March and up to date no email has been received. The Owner Amore has switched off her phone and her Assitant Yvette Visser treats you like something a Cat dragged in. I will be making a ***** Case againtst Online Furniture Warehouse. This is really the worst service I have ever received.

03 Apr 2024, 17:14I was advised at 15:50 on the 3rd of April that a Refund was processed and that I will receive the Proof of Payment shortly. Ispoke to Amore at 16:08 and it was confirmed that the payment was made and the proof will be send immediately. I still havent received my Proof of Payment so that I can confirm with the Bank. I was also blocked on your whatsapp numbers. Due to things that happened I will take this further with the Authorities
Please do not buy from this Company they are definitely not doing business in a appropriate manner.

05 Apr 2024, 19:50The Price from Rectron (this is the supplier for Online Furniture Warehouse) for the RCT 1kva Trolley Inverter is R5,723.00 excluding VAT. As per their claim selling for R5 500 includint VAT it is merely impossible for a reseller to get it cheaper anywhere else. So this a Company advertising a price that is 99% certain not to be available on the retail market. And I can prove it.

05 Apr 2024, 19:58After they could not supply at the advertised price they said they ordered it from a third party at a R1800 more to fulfil the order which after numerous SMS'e, Whatsapp Message and Facebook Messenger could still not fulfil the order. After Legal Action had been taken we has been refunded the full amount of the advertised price. And up to date NO telephone call to apologise for the incompetency. My suggestion is AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!
