Be very careful with this “business”!

I ordered and paid for a rechargeable floor fan on 26 November 2023 and received confirmation of my order as well as an order number. On the 10th December I still have not received the product or any feedback whatsoever. I emailed them twice on the provided emails with copies of payment and the initial order. I have received no responses to my emails. I phoned twice and a lady did answer and confirmed my order and payment on their system. No feedback was received yet. Be very careful with this “business”!
