Bad business etiquette

What a black Friday. On 28 November 2023 I bought a portable power station from OFW. This was fully paid and I expected delivery in about a week's time but instead I found myself enquiring about the order two weeks later. Unfortunately I had to enquire first to find out what the issue was. No attempt was made to keep me in the loop as to what was happening with the order except for the times I contacted them. In the next two weeks pretty much the same thing happened, no contact whatsoever unless I initiated it. Early this year I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. Boy was I in for a roller-coaster ride. Promise after promise. Proof of payment which FNB could not verify. Having had enough of OFW stories I approached the NCC and CGSO for assistance. People running OFW can't be trusted.
