Bad service from online driving academy

I signed with this driving school via Mobicred. Paid for 10 lessons. The driving instructor named aldrid who is also the owner of the driving school he gave me 5 lessons and did not do the other 5. I have been trying to get a refund since August 2018. He keeps giving me the run around.
