Complaint: Refund of R1,390 Requested

Full details of the company: ONLINE PTY COMPANY REGISTRATION (PTY) LTD, Maqiniso Bhengu, ***, ***, Pegasus Building 210 Amarand Ave Pretoria 0181.

I mistakenly used this consultation company above when I intended to register directly for my CIDB application online on the 2nd of September 2026. I paid R1,390 to the company, and I have proof of payment.

After realizing my mistake, I contacted the company and requested a refund because I need to proceed with my CIDB application directly, they rep**** to my email saying that they won't give me my money back I do not know why because I didn't use their service.Unfortunately, my refund request has not been resolved, and the company is no longer responding properly to my emails.

I am simply requesting the return of my R1,390, as I do not wish to using their service. I have proof of payment and all relevant communication.

I kindly request that the company process my refund of R1,390 as soon as possible and resolve this matter professionally.
