Brilliant Service

I pre-ordered a Lelit Marax in February, but due to the lockdown, the machines could not be shipped from Italy. However, as Rolando received any info on the delivery, I was kept updated. He even gave me the container number and I could follow it.

After I received the machine, I had a lot of questions and Rolando went out of his way to get answers. My machine had a small problem, which did not effect the output. I contacted Rolando and he had a solution in no time!

The service was way beyond the type of service we are used to and sort of expect. It was BRILLIANT!
